[Resolved] Federal Bank — fedmobile payment not successful | |||
Dear federal bank, I jithin paulson from kerala recently paid 2 bills of kseb electricity bill through fedmobile app. Both the payments failed and amount was debited from my account. 1st bill was rs 2231 and 2nd was rs 326. I need a refund of the total money which was deducted (Rs 2557) at the earliest or get my bill paid. My account number is [protected] and kindly do what is necessary.
