[Resolved] Federal Bank — Imposing sales products for incentives | |||
Visited Federal bank Thevara branch for SB account opening, instead of Rs 3000, branch lady asked to pay Rs 4000, (Rs 1000 additional for health insurance for one year). I refused it, but bank is protecting their employees for sales and incentives. I gave complaint on toll free no:683259, send numerous mails, contacted grievance department. Nothing happens.
