Hi
I have done an IMPS transaction around 3pm today evening via fedmobile and still it says queued transactions.but the amount have been debited from my account right away and not credited to the recipient account. it was a very important bank transaction.
When I contacted the customer care they says it's an issue with payment channel and they can't do anything and will take 2 working days to resolve.since the next 2 days being holiday what shall I do to get it resolved.either I need to get back the amount credited to my account.
