[Resolved]  Federal Bank — Money debited from account

I made two transactions on 29 September 2021, one at 1:01 pm, by card transaction and other one at 1:03 pm, by upi. the shop where I made the transaction received only one payment and on calling them for the refund, they were saying only one transaction was made. but the amount debited from my account twice and both the transactions were successful. I want the refund amount.
