[Resolved] Federal Bank — No. Customer communication and no ATM card arrival | |
Hello everyone- One of the most horrendous experience banking with Federal Bank, where in as oer their official website, hey claim to open and instantly start using personal savings account with virtual KYC. However, once you opened the bank account only then you will come to know you can't use their Internet banking services unless you have ATM card. As per their SLA you shall receive the ATM card in 7 to 14 working days. But they never send you your welcome kit and ATM card in time and every time you call up their customer center they always give you excuses without really care about resolving customers problem. I had opened my bank account on 2nd of Oct, and I'm yet to receive my card details and despite multiple follow ups more than 10 times they always come up with irrelevant responses. This account was opened due to the fact that I can instantly start using based on their claims on their websites but it's not true, and they are lairs. Please don't get trapped by this scammer bank.
