[Resolved]  Federal Bank — No response for federal bank forex super card refund

I send a mail to the [protected]@fedetralbank.co.in on 07.03.2021 with required details for refund.
I got the reply on 08.03.2021 stating my refund request under progress but I am still waiting for their refund.
I tried calling them many times but no response.
For mail also no response.
