Federal Bank — One of the worst service ever received in this industry.

One of the worst service ever received in this industry. Service from Co-operative bank is much better than Federal Bank. From Branch to Top level response is Zero. There is no one to escalate customer query.

unable to get updated a mobile number in bank account. ATM card pin cannot be generated because of that. No response from Back end or Customer Care team.
