[Resolved]  Federal Bank — refunded amount not reflected in my account

Respected sir /ma'am
On 29th May 2019 I had tried to book a train ticket via IRCTC app but the ticket was not booked as there a net slow down and the amount got deducted from my account. After a few days, on June 1st, I received a email from IRCTC saying that the amount has been refunded.
But the amount has not yet reached my account.
On calling up the bank, they have not received any details about it yet they saym
I kindly request you to look into the matter.

I try adding an account for transaction..at last they are asking transaction password. Is it different from my login password. If so how to get it?
