[Resolved] Federal Bank — regarding loan | |
Dear sir/madam, My name is pratap kumar gr imworking in indiana hospital a/c-[protected] is in federal bank, i had applied for a personal loan of rs 35, 000. 1. First day - they asked about my salary, i told them it is rs 18, 000, they agreed to sanction the loan and asked whether i had guarantor, i said yes i have a guarantor, they asked me to bring the guarantor. 2. Second day - guarantor was approved by the branch manager, in the evening after it was approved in order to know the status of the loan, he told me not to call again and again, because he is doing the processing of the loan. 3. Third day - we went to the bank personally, but he told me that he was going on a leave to attend a function and he will be back on[protected]. He also said that he was giving the hand over to the branch head manager 4. We waited for 4 days because we felt it was inappropriate to bother the bank too much. 5. After 4 days i visited the bank again and spoke to the manager, but he advised me to take the gold loan instead of the personal loan, but i asked him to continue with the personal loan the manager had already approved. He again asked for some documents which we submitted, he assured me that he will be sending these documents to the head office, and it will be approved within 2 days. Even after waiting for 3 days, i didn't receive any amount, so in order to know the status of the loan, i informed to the head office, but they told me that it was already processed, and asked me to visit the branch, but when we went there, and asked about the status of the loan, the assist. Branch manager, yelled at us for complaining to the head office, rudely told us to get the money from the head office itself, and asked us to come back after 2 days. I waited for 3 days, today at 11:00 am, i called the assistant manager, he told me that he had joined today itself and asked me to come at 2:00 pm, so i visited the branch at 2:00 pm, the assistant manager showed me my loan status, and at the same time, he sent a mail to the head office regarding the loan, and asked me to wait till 5:00pm. I called the assistant manager at 6:00 pm to know the status of the loan. But he told me that the loan is rejected. Hence, i want to know why the bank had agreed to sanction the loan? Why did the bank collect all of my documents? Why did the bank assure me that my loan will be approved within 1 day? Who will be responsible for all my expenses? Why did they misguide me?
