[Resolved] Federal Bank — regarding rejection of cheque repeatedly on silly reasons | |||
Dear sirs, my name is Dr. K.N. * parameswaran nampoothiri, my s/b account number is [protected], federal bank panampilly nagar, kerala. i presented one cheque to the said branch 2 weeks back and they returned the after 12 days saying that it had not containd initials. O.k. I got another cheque from my hospital including the initials and presented last monday this time they found out another reason to reject the clearance as it containd an othe word, " DR". How stupid it is ? those who are sitting at the clearning offices are not robots if i am correct. what is the difficulty in getting a cheque cleared here ? finally i got the cheque back and i will restrict all my transactions with federal bank to the most minimum possible . anyway this is too much from a bank like federal bank . For you a customer like me is not important, for ma the tre are several banks arew available also. but that is not trhe proper way of customer care.
