[Resolved]  Federal Bank — request for refund

Respected sir/ma'am
I had done an online transaction on 23rd april 2019 through the fedmobile app but the imps timed out.
My account had been debited of the (Rs. 2000) amount and the beneficiary account was not credited.

The amount for refund is rs. 2000.

I need the refund to be done as soon as possible as i have an important transaction to be made.
