[Resolved]  Federal Bank — Transaction awaiting

Date of the incident: 24/12/2020

I have been trying to transfer fund, but
may be due to network error the recipient did n't received the fund but the money got debited from my account

The transaction status is AWAITING TRANSACTION Since 1 day

Kindly refund the money back to my account only and not to recipients bank as soon as possible
