[Resolved] Federal Bank — transaction showing queued transaction

I have been trying to transfer funds may be because of network errors the recipient didn't received funds but the money debited from my account. And it is showing queued transaction from more than several hours. Refund the money in to my account or credit the amount in recipients bank as soon as possible. I have a complaint regarding unsuccessful transaction at the atm . RS 3000 was debited from my account account on 29 September 2019, but I didn't get the money at the atm.
