Transaction through fednet for rs. 1000/- made for outher bank account payment with transaction account no. [protected] on 30/03/2019 at 02:30pm. Transaction was failed amount not remitted but amount deducted from my account. No.[protected]. That time itself mail sent to support. But no response received till now.
Kindly do the needful to revert the amount back to my a/c as early as possible
