[Resolved]  Fedex — 11 days past my parcel have not started traveling yet

My tracking number[protected] from fedex. The parcel have not started traveling yet, its more than 10 days now. This issue i'm facing for second time now. Fedex is a fraud company. They never reply and i don't want to loose my precious money. Strict action need to be taken on fedex or shut down their company. Pls help me to get my parcel asap. My phone [protected]
