[Resolved]  Fedex — I am not able to upload KYC documents on kyc.fedex.com

My important package is coming from outside India.

I am trying to upload KYC documents on kyc.fedex.com but site does not accept files.

It's throwing 400 server down error everytime I upload the files.

Please help me!

Complaint marked as Resolved 
I searched on Google and found that we should upload 1mb pdf files rather than jpg. And that worked!
FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
