I had ordered 2 e-readers from china excepted delivery date was on 24th aug and i submited kyc on 23rd aug. I kept calling fedex customer service every day and they say its issue from bangalore customs due to customs server down. Its 12days and i have been waiting for my package. Fedex customer service rep says they don't know when i will be receiving my package. Tracking number[protected]. I read reviews here almost all fedex customers having same issue of there package not moving from fedex airport hub. There is no manger available to take my call, there is no one in fedex who knows when i will receive my package.

Dont belive whatever they saying.Fedex always saying, ''Your parcel Detained By customs, Value Assessment Process not completed, Customs raised doubts, insufficient product description, Waiting for Customs officer, server down, Only one officer available for clearance that's why delay"
Dont believe any reasons they saying when your Package in Bangalore Customs.
FedEx dont have individual lane for Customs Clearance. They using General Lane.FedEx collecting fees for us and using free lane for clearance in Bangalore.Only Indian Postal service using general lane.Bangalore customs receiving more than 16000 parcels per day, they cant give clearance for all parcels within 24hrs.FedEx collecting fees for Premium service.But they are not giving Premium Service to the Customers .They wont reveal this truth to their Customers. They always Blame Customs officials when you ask the reason for Delay.Fedex will say, " your package detained, query raised by customs, value not accepted by customs.".There are not real reason for the delay. Only One Real Reason is, "They Put your parcel in General Clearance Area in Bangalore".
If You Check their Customer Care Replies Then You will understand above statement is true. Dont Choose fedex in Future.Indian Postal service is Better compared to Fedex.India Postal using the General lane.But they dont charge too much like Fedex.
Recently i had worst experience with Fedex, One parcel was in Bangalore for 25 days. they didnt give proper reason for delay. i sent declaration, invoice, Bank statements, kyc...etc. everyday they said your parcel detained, your parcel went for examination/Assessment..etc. One day i called Bangalore Customs Help line.Then only i Understand How fedex cheating customers, U know how many people get mental tensions bcos of their lies for delay... I sent a complaint to Customs & Planning to File a case in Consumer Court soon. DOnt use fedex in Future.
