Fedex is refusing to provide any information about my import shipment[protected]. After repeated phone calls and emails, i do not have any evidence of where my shipment is and when it will be delivered even though it was released from customs on 20 april 2019. The case reference number assigned ref no - [protected], however, only update i am getting from the team is to wait as they communicate with their counterparts and no clarity is being provided to me about my shipment or expected delivery date. I have no one to contact and the person who is assigned to my case, soundari is not responding to my emails. Was this information helpful? | |||
