I have ordered a product from arrow, united states. the product reached Bangalore India, in two days. after that for customer clearance i have submitted all documents asked by FedEx.
FedEx person told some mismatch in shipper invoice.
I have contacted ARROW(shipper) and they done what is required from thier side to fedEx.
A mail chain was going on, from shipper and myself. A person subramani from fedex side is committed for this consignment.
But he is not picking the call, i called many times. also through mail chain, he is not answering the query i raised. i mailed many time. asked for call-back
i contacted customer care many time.
customer care not answering properly, they are cutting the call in middle while speaking.
i mailed to fedex india mail id, blr id many times
I am not getting proper response
it has been one and half month. i fed-up .
request to do the needful
