Address:Chandra Shekhar, E258, HEC sector 2, behind mahindra showroom, Dhurva

I have received shipment with assessment value of INR106679 plus freight charges 16698 plus insurance 1000. but I have been charged INR 41370 for IGST. at 18% rate it should be around 22000 and not 41370. kindly explain it.
