[Resolved] Fedex — a specialized form is required for clearance from recipient even though i had sent the kyc details [tracking no.[protected]] | |||
As the title says, i had submitted the kyc details for the shipment [tracking no.[protected]] the day i had received the phone call for it. After uploading the required details, i received a confirmation mail for the same within 4 hours. But now, fedex is saying this in the tracking status page which is simply not acceptable. This is a very important shipment of mine and i really need it by tomorrow as it is required by me in my university for which i will be leaving on 4th of july.
