Fedex — A specialized form is required for clearance from recipient - package delayed | |
We sent a packet from USA with tracking number[protected]. We paid more than $550 for getting it in a week to my parents who are sick with COVID. The tracking status has been: "A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient. Recommended action: Please call FedEx Customer Service.". When the recipient (my brother) called the customer service, they are not providing any information and asking us to email 2 people (manish.[protected]@fedex.com, sheetal.[protected]@fedex.com) who are nonresponsive. This has been going for close to a week now. We used fedex because it is known for reliability, but this experience has been frustrating. can someone please help and tell me what information is needed. Was this information helpful? | |
