FedEx is a big cheater and irresponsible company. They make fool. They give wrong status updates. They don’t even provide notifications for the status of our shipment via email or phone. Since 6 days parcel was in my town and in spite of my several emails and calls to FedEx they did not took any action or delivered the product to me. Parcel contains personal Photographs which I ordered from Zoomin online and Zoomin must have given courier service to FedEx.

Product is in Ahmedabad only in my area but FedEx did not bother to call me or contact me to arrange the delivery in spite stating wrong tracking status like incorrect address. I live in midst of town and receive many couriers from online shopping webs and these people update wrong details. When I called them they did just took the tracking number and kept my call on-hold and later on disconnected the call without answering me. This type of rude attitude they show to customer even when it’s their mistake.

Again next day I tried calling them and had conversation with one of their Mumbai executive and he replied that I will look into the matter but we insisted him to get parcel delivered next day itself.
Next day I received call from some other Executive from Mumbai Head office saying, “Sorry to say but we have lost your package however, we are trying to make searches and if we get it then we will deliver to your address by evening and will inform you by evening.” But I did not received any call till next day afternoon hence I again send emails to fedex (even to their CEO’s) but there was reverts of my mails too. After that I received call around 4 pm of that man who called me on prior day saying that “Mam, we tried our leve to search the parcel but we could not locate it and sorry to inform you that its lost.” I said how you people can give such a irresponsible answer. I asked them for the details of delivery boy and the office where it was lost which he refused to give initially but when later on I asked him in strong voice he told me story. He said parcel after reaching Ashram road office was taken by delivery boy and as he could not find the address he came back giving parcel to ashram road office and after that somehow parcel was not traceable. He added, “We did sweeping of entire office, searched it everywhere but could not find it, don’t know why.” Such a feckless answer I received from that executive. How he could say that in office itself it was not traceable. So then I asked him for the name of delivery boy which he refused to disclosed stating it as internal matter. Therefore, I told him that this is my case then I must know the name of that boy and later on he said he would let me know. After sometime I received call from him and he told me first name of that delivery boy which was incomplete answer and I asked for the name of Courier Company to which he belongs and for that also he did not answered. Over this call he changed the entire story. He said, sorry but I made mistake in reading the mail I received regarding your issue and actually the thing was that the parcel was taken by delivery boy and in transit he lost it somehow for which he is also unaware. Therefore, the above story of searching in office, sweeping the office was a fake story made by him. These people lied to me to this extent which was unbearable.

Now I felt it was unless to talk with him anymore and so I tried calling Ashram Road, Ahmadabad branch where one of the person took the call and when I told him to transfer the call to senior person he literally refused but then I aggressive force him to transfer the call therefore he gave me the number of his Team Leader. I called many times on his Team Leader’s number but he did not receive my calls.

With such a big network and brand how this company can respond so fecklessly and disregard the matter.

I request you to take a strict against this company and persons who are responsible on this matter. It is a very important and personal thing which they have lost. If they can handle things of the customer careful and manage things well then they get penalize for their mistake.
