I ordered a RC parachute paying 700USD shipped to India via FEDEX with AWB[protected]. The shipment reached BLR Gateway ( Banglore) on 6th December 2021 and was Assigned to Ashwini Mathew, Clearance Support Admin, FedEx Express Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Africa (MEISA) - Email ID : [protected]@fedex.com.
This person named Ashwini J Mathew has not been responding to calls or mails and the shipment has been put on hold for no apparent reason.
In the midst, I was asked to pay 31k INR to release the shipment which is around 75% of order value. I asked Ashwini Mathew to provide customs duty challan and I will pay the same, but no response has been given since till date.
Ashwini Mathew through FedEx is trying to extort money by placing important shipments on hold and not responding to mails or calls so that we customers panic and end up accepting her demands.
FedEx and their executives are playing around this way and I have alas booked an FIR to get this resolved.
