Fedex — Awb[protected]

A phone was shipped to me from the US on 19th April, AWB[protected]. It has still not been delivered. I have completed KYC and even provided every single document FedEx asked me to provide, including confirmation that I will pay the huge duty. They made me provide different documents each time and sometimes even to resend documents I sent earlier. They have absolutely no clue on what is required for clearance and only tell me it is in clearance process. I have escalated to every single FedEx escalation email ID, initially got responses that they are sorry and will follow it up immediately, still nothing at all to date. Now no one from FedEx responds to my emails. I don't know if they have lost the package and are just making excuses now. The US FedEx office says a totally different story and that everything is completed as per them. Please assist!!!
