Fedex — bad services | |||||
Online fedex tracking[protected] My shipment, 1st time attempt for delivery but i was cashless so i asked delivery person for card swap device but poor company not having card payment facilities, so i told delivery person reschedule for tomorrow. After 2 days not any updates from fedex so i called there customer care, no use that call agent asked me for some detail and said, tomorrow i will get my shipment delivered Almost more than 3 times I called there customer care but always same answer... Yet not got my shipment its almost a week Very cheap and worst service by this useless courier service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
