[Resolved]  Fedex — Bangalore FedEx Customs Clearance

We have been notified by FedEx as we have a single consignment from the United States that arrived at Bangalore wide FedEx under airwaybill no:[protected] and received at Bangalore on 31 Mar 2021 or before of it. Later we have submitted KYC and all documents as asked by FedEx. By our management, one person also appeared at Bangalore customs after 4months but they not allowed him and the concerned person is on leave. After a prolonged conversation by mail and through toll-free number from the booking date almost 4 months have been passed but still FedEx saying we are forwarding the case to the concerned team and no single improvement in clearance. The customer service is very worst. They always repeat the word "we opening new case" for the past three months when we ask with toll-free. We never see such poor services over with our experience of 21 years in courier dealings.
