Dear Sir/Madam
I am an owner of export company ASIA CARVINGS India having businesses in almost all countries in the world. I am facing following issues of CARELESSNESS by team FedEx India: -
1. Rs. 5000 excesses paid NOT adjusted/refunded.
2. One invoice is billed more than quoted rates.
3. One invoice is billed twice.
4. Two shipments interchanged in UK and USA.
Despite of my several reminders, team India customer for FedEx is just neglecting my requests and leaving them unheeded.
Please someone help me how to tackle this situation and continue smoothly.
