Please help me getting my parcel from US. I have uploaded KYC documents on your website which was rejected stating the name mentioned on the parcel is ‘ Scavenger Hunt Jain’ instead of ‘Sakshi Jain’. I would like to clarify that ‘Scavenger hunt’ was the event name for which we have received this parcel as a gift. In the address itself Sakshi Jain is mentioned, but Scavenger hunt is mentioned on the top due to which this issue is happening.
Kindly help us getting this parcel as we are struggling to get this for long. I have uploaded my Aadhaar copy on fedex website. I can load even more identity proofs if required.
Kindly help in getting this resolved.
