I have shipped a parcel via FedEx on 16th Dec, which was due to deliver on 24th Dec, but it is stuck for clearance from last 1 week. Today is 9th of Jan and still no update. Have just received 1 email initially stating waiting for JA NOC from jeweller. Since then I am following up with various teams in FedEx, but no one is responding to my emails. Requesting for timelines and process to understand what is happening to my parcel. But everyone is ignoring my emails like they don’t even care.
No email etiquettes, no professionalism. Atleast revert to the sender/recipient. If it’s about some fees or paperwork, there should be transparent and clear communication from the concerned team/department. Was this information helpful? |
