Our Shipment No.[protected] which is arrived from US to Hyderabad, we are appreciating your support towards custom clearance and everything. apart from your service, at the time of delivery, the delivery boy behaved very ruthless with our staff and used un-parliamentary language with out staff and refused to delivery the shipment at the mentioned location. Moreover the delivery boy has ordered our staff to come and collect the parcel along with cash at his desired location.

We are humbly requesting you to take care about this type of incidents not to repeat to us and anyone.
