Above said consignment was arrived to BANGALORE on Wednesday, 24 November 2021 and I informed on 27 nov 2021 by Mr. Kanni kanni.[protected]@fedex.com he is introduced him self as Clearance Support Admin from fedex and requested some documents to process. I sent all necessary documents on Nov 29. From there on wards they are not conforming any thing. Later some other person Mr. Melwin [protected]@mail.fedex.com came into picture again He asked same documents and same I shared again. Whenever I force them to progress they will asking same documents and dragging. I tried to contact on phone no's which they mentioned on those mails they did not answer. I mailed the situation to [protected]@fedex.com, in-n-cssupervisors in-cssupervisors [protected]@fedex.com which give was given their customer care people by saying appellate authority but no use. In this series of connection I had 63 mail, 30 telephonic conversation but no use. In these mails China Fed-ex people also responded and shared necessary documents and ready to provide if any other thing required. It is been almost 45 days I was behind of them. They wont bother about regulatory authorities also because I informed them before appealing you. but still they are not responding. Every step they have shown ridiculous behavior, negligence and miscommunication among them and with me.
so please I urge you to initiate necessary action towards justice for me.
