[Resolved] Fedex Courier — [protected] shipment missed from Fedex | |||
Hi. This is regarding complaint against FedEx who cheated me from last 60 days. We have Imported 3 parcels from China to Hyderabad. We received only 2 of them and another one they are saying that parcel is missing. But from last 60 days they continue lying parcel is in customs warehouse. Even they have taken the duty amount also. But From Bangalore FedEx people confirm that parcel is warehouse. Miss Rajeswary Banda saying that it was missed. Waif for another one month. Is this called service. Please be aware of FedEx. [protected] [protected] Received. But[protected] is missing. How it's possible. We are regularly following up the same since 60 days . Then why these people informed me before ?? Who is taking care .
