Had scheduled a pickup for tuesday, 17th may, 2018 in the name o[censored]tkarsh nahata (Ccunw52) from pin code 700088 to 734005.
Due to operational issues the pickup was delayed by a day, the reason being breakdown of pickup van. Now when the pickup was done post 24 hrs, there was payment made as per the correct dimension given on tele booking. I, e. 2880.
The operational team gets back and says there is dimensional mismatch and as per calculation the weight of the package differs by 75 kgs and additonal charges should be paid. I raised a complain with customer care over phone. They get back and accepts their mistake and offers be to give 30% discount. I accepted to pay the difference as the consignment was important as i had made commitments to the customer.
Then i again i received a call that sir the consignment has been returned by the operational team. Now again i need to reschedule. So much of inconvenience in one shipment.
I have lost complete trust on fedex. I chose fedex for delivery as it assures timely delivery. My consignment got delayed by three day which resulted in further delivery delay to my customer. I have cancelled the shipment. But i request your team to investigate and take appropriate action against the fed ex. This has resulted in cancellation of order from my customer (Monetory loss of close to rs.25000) and defame in my organisation name in respect of time commitment. Was this information helpful? |
