[Resolved] Fedex Courier Service — Pick up | |||||
Kindly please look into the matter.. An item with tracking id:[protected] was delivered aug 18, after that because of different colour and quality issue I returned the same and a delivery courier partner picked it up.But now it shows not picked up while tracking.I already contacted FedEx customer care executive, he said that he is helpless without pick up id..I returned the item and immediately an id came..I also shows invalid..I have phone number of delivery partner who picked up..but FedEx customer care executive is not ready to hear this.so kindlytake necessary steps to process my refund.
