Text messages provided incorrect information about delivery. Waited all day. Canceled plans. No package. Customer service rep gave me incorrect information as well and was completely disinterested. Said package coming Tuesday by 9 am. Gave confirmation #C61721201. Then this morning I got text that delivery would be today, Sunday. I have church.
4 calls and 40 minutes brought no help. Online the same. Virtual assistant also useless.
My online account manager says hearing impaired and use back door. If this had been done on the first delivery attempt, the delivery would have been successful because I was in the back yard. Package status door tag was left on front door. Supposedly a second attempt was made yesterday at 11:32 am. No attempt was made. I was standing in my front yard when that message came. No door tag left, either because no attempt was made. The next text said by end of day. Changed plans. Stayed where could see truck all day long. Nothing.
