[Resolved] Fedex — Customs clearance | |||
Had opted for fedex express delivery for two of my shipments from Hong Kong. Since 20 days they are stuck in customs. Tracking numbers [protected] [protected] There was a discepancy in the the invoice and even after supplying all the necesasary documents and declaration letter, its still not cleared. I have not go any update from the fedex team after sending the documents. After contacting bangalore customs department it seems Even after spending so much for express delivery, there is absolutely no concern for customer or the shipments Really disappointed with the service Update: Also After contacting bangalore customs department it seems that they have neither proceeded with the necessary verification as the customs are still waiting for verification documentation ( i have attached the snapshot of the reply from bangalore customs) why all this delay especially when its an express shipment??? I am highly suspicious that fedex is deliberately making the delay so that they can charge the customer extra in the name of warehouse charges !!!?? Hopefully when i get my shipment i will get to know and i will update on this forum so that all customers are aware of this!! Was this information helpful? | |||
