[Resolved] Fedex — damage of consignment in transit

Dear sirs
My consignment no.[protected] booked from hyderabad to phoneix, usa found damaged in transit. (Photo frame glass broken). Immediately i informed the same to ideal international who actually booked my consignment.
For repairing the item it costed 10 us dollars.
Please arrange to compensate the above loss suitably. Please advise me in this regard to take suitable action deemed fit.
