Fedex — Damaged Delivery & Improper Response

My parents had sent me a parcel on Jan 6th from Coimbatore to Germany through Fedex. Just few days before Pongal. Some sweets, snacks, groceries were sent in that package. It reached Germany on Jan 11th itself, but was not delivered to us. After calling Fedex Nuremberg(Germany), they told me that the package was damaged (I have a Email proof). I was confused as there was no liquid items in the package. I asked them to deliver to my house.
They delivered wrongly to some other address and told it was delivered. Luckily someone in that address contacted me telling there was a parcel (my Email attached in that delivery box) laid in the corridor of their house. We went and collected the package. (I have Email proof of them)
When we opened the package, to our shock, it was wet and some disgusting smell came from it. All the packets inside the parcel was not opened. I think some chemicals was poured on this packet. (We have images). We couldn't use the items at all.
We raised a complaint on FedEx Germany. They told since it came through FedEx India, the complaint has to come from them.
We sent a complaint to Fedex india on Jan 20. After attaching all the proofs they asked to fill claim form (Feb 24). Then we we got a reply from them (Aug 13) saying they didn't see any damage in the delivery. So they cannot provide me the claim.

Acknowledge from FedEx Germany that the package is damaged.

Mail from the person where it was delivered wrongly:
bei uns in der Drausnickstraße 6 liegt ein Paket das an Sie, Drausnickstraße 68 adressiert ist.
[translation]:
We have a package at Drausnickstraße 6 that is addressed to you at Drausnickstraße 68.

Even after all the proofs, they are saying there was no mistake in their delivery.
