[Resolved]  Fedex — delay in bangalore customs

Hi, i have a parcel from newyork to india, my sister sent it with fedex express, after a week it reached india and stuck in bangalore customs.
They requested me for some documents, i did submitted all of them. However its been more than 15days, no reply or call from them about the status of my parcel. I am calling daily to customer service, they say its pending from customs team. I tried reaching banagalore customs, no one picks my call and respond. I cannot wait more
Very very bad and worst services of fedex.

I really do not understand the reason of delay.
