My package has been stuck at Bangalore for well over 20 days now, It landed in bangalore on 20th december 2021, but still it shows in transit as the current status.
After BOE customs raised query on 27th December which Fedex informed us on 3rd January 2022, and the same day we shared all the required documents and they said it will take 24 to 48 hrs. But now after 5 days of submission of documents customs website shows same status and Fedex customer representatives don't have a clue about the shipment status.
All they say is the complainant has been escalated but when I call the next time they say the same.

Even after providing all the necessary documents FedEx is taking too much time. This is delaying lot of work at our end. Who will pay for the losses occurred due to these avoidable delays?
