[Resolved] Fedex — Delay in service (AWB[protected] | |||||
I have been using Fedex for a while now. They keep charging 1000 bucks extra and more than twice the normal courier charges just for assuring next day delivery but every time they will delay the delivery by a day. And reason they will give is it reach late than the cutoff time. But always courier is reaching destination city early morning and warehouse by afternoon. The promised delivery time is 20:00 hours IST as standard. And in last moment they will delay the delivery and give useless excuses. If they don't have serviceability for next day delivery in that area, they shouldn't pickup or at least not promise for guarantee next day delivery.And it's not just once happening, it has become usual for them. Why should someone pay extra .They just make false promises to earn extra. If you see the tracking detail it reached destination city almost 12 hours before the promised time. So are you guys using sloths for delivery or what. In matter of charges you guys keep pricing high as premium courier service but what kind of service you guys are providing.
