Since April 19th (today 42nd day), my parcel has been with fedex, Delhi under the pretext that it has been held by customs. tracking showed DELAYED DUE TO CUSTOM CLEARANCE. They did not approach us for many many days asking us about any requirements. we found some high level officials from social media and asked them to help after which the staff got activated. Came to know a few days back that whenever a parcel is lost by fedex, they write the reason DELAYED DUE TO CUSTOMS CLEARANCE and waiting from customs to hear about it but the real reason is something else. We have got no means to find out the real reason whether customs department has genuinely held the parcel or not. More frustrating is that, they are never reachable and we are left at the mercy of the staff of fedex. Whenever they wish, they send us a reply.
