Fedex — Delivery and customer service

My 2 packages were sent on 11th February 2022 from Melbourne to Hyderabad, for some reason they got separated while delivering. One came to Banglore for Clearance on 15th Feb itself while other was in NSW for 3 weeks.
After contant calling and emails i send to FedEx can't even count now I got zero replies (or got reply I'm out of office try emailing the tracking department)
Finally I don't know how second box came to Banglore on 2nd March.
In the meanwhile I have submitted KYC, and commercial invoice (about which I wasn't told in Australia)
And I was waiting patiently after i realised no one is actually working at FedEx properly.
Today in the morning I got a notification for one box delay beyond the control.
how is it possible for one box and other not when both should be together.
FedEx made the whole experience painful and frustrating.

No one wants to help at FedEx rather say it's gonna get updated and 24-48 hours.
