Can you please change your delivery exception protocol to stop drivers who are to lazy to deliver all their packages? I constantly have packages set to be delivered to be delayed as 'delivery exception', saying could not be delivered/customer was not home when I am home, when they did not try to deliver it, they just didn't want to take the 2-4 minutes it takes to buzz my unit number (my name and buzzer and apartment number are listed very clearly at the buzzer box) and go up and down the elevator. There's no excuse for this. They do this multiple days in a row- while I'm home, waiting. They do not buzz, they do not try to deliver it. They just select the could not deliver option because they don't want to try. Perhaps this job is not for them because there is NO EXCUSE. I was just about to finally receive my toy kitchen for my son. I was waiting by my phone all day to be able to answer the buzzer as to not miss it and then I got the could not deliver notification . WTF. stop making it so easy for your employees to be lazy. Was this information helpful? |
