[Resolved] Fedex — delivery not attempted and wrong comment made address not found. | |||
First i got that it will be deleivered on 23rd... Then it said 24th december 19 by 8pm. Then on 24th 2pm i received msg that it's out for delivery. Then i tried to contact fedex as i was worried that its delivery. All in vain. Best part i get a mail in evening stating it's not deleivered due to in correct address. Simple common sense... One should have called me. I believe.. Sorry i am sure it was never attempted. If this is what your service standards are then... God help you guys. Was this information helpful? | |||

Fedex is not at all a professional carrier, I also experience lot of delays in shipment delivery and clearance part, on top of this they put lot of extra charges which is very frustrating, no more I will use fedex service

Fedex courier vehicle driver is speaking very rude about asking for my parcel delivery.This is my parcel no:[protected]. He is not reaching the parcel delivery address and waiting in bus stop to come and collect the parcel. After I am going to collect the parcel he is not there and saying no time for delivery.
