Fedex — delivery schedule | |||
I have booked parcel from Bengalure to Hyderabad on 8th June on standard overnight basis vide tracking[protected] so that my parcel will reach to my client in 24 hours which I committed to him but the parcel has handovered to my receiver on 11th June bt 3 PM and prior to that on 10th June I have contacted the customer care was in vain because I couldn't get any assurances of delivering the parcel in 24 hours for which I have paid and got answer that there is backlog due to which the parcel cannot be delivered on 10th June and maybe delivered on 11th only and my receiver contact the customer care but the answer he got is that the parcel cannot be delivered on 11th June and my question is if the parcel booked on standard overnight basis and charged accordingly but delivered in 48 hours why not the difference amount to be refunded to me and hope the concerned persons will look into the matter. More importantly when my forwarder has put me and customer care person on call I got the answer from customer care person that my parcel has been booked under 3rd party and there is lot of backlog which is ridiculous.
