[Resolved] Fedex Express Tscs (India) Pvt. Ltd. — Complain for extra charges imposed due to fault made by their kyc team | |||||
Our shipment had come on 26th Feb. 2016, they sent mail on 29th Feb for submission of KYC documents. We have sent all the KYC documents by mail on same day and talked in their customer care, they told me no need of submission of hard copy, soft copy is sufficient for KYC updation but we had also sent hard copy by courier and it has been delivered on 01st march 2016. When we call for shipment on 08th march 2016 the KYC team said that your documents hasn't come till now neither by mail nor courier. then we sent mail to [protected]@fedex.com and after complaining they updated KYC and sent our shipment on 10th March 2016. In the invoice they have charged amount for delay charges (Warehouse charges) but delay had been made due to not updation of documents by KYC team . We had clearly written in mail that we will not bear any warehouse charges due to the delay made by your team. So, please take action and solve this issues, we want to reverse this warehouse charges and will pay this amount and receive our shipment. Due to the delay of this goods our production has been delayed and facing lot of difficulties. We write mail every day but they are saying that investigation is running and you will get conclusion.
