With great frustration I am filing this complaint against FedEx. My brother from United States sent a Bible as gift last year on December 17th 2022 as Christmas gift. Airway Bill No.[protected] Today, 13th March 2023. They sent a final notice to dispose the gift. How dare you FedEx.
You KYC documents is a mess. I have submitted my AADHAR card and details of the package but still no response from anyone...
