[Resolved] Fedex — False information and misbehaving | |||
Do not trust Fedex courier service. It is a private courier service and they give false promises and this happened to us. Please go ahead with government post they will give you a lot of information and their service is too good. Sorry friends I have to tell my true story so i have to make it a brief. Me and my husband live in Germany. Since i was pregnant my mother in law wanted to send a lot of stuffs for me to eat. Actually, they wanted to send me only 2 kg and when they asked him wether there will be any problem in sending. He assured that no problem will be there instead of telling their clear rules. but the person in this courier insisted that it will be less price if you send 10 kg and cheated them, since they were not aware of the things going around they agreed. My in laws are really old and trying to cheat is the service of Fedex. So finally they sent 11 kg with speed delivery option which costed more than Rs. 20, 000 and it was scheduled to arrive yesterday. When my in laws asked the concerned person why the packet have not arrived yet he lied to them it has reached their place. Its all because they dont know to track and when we tracked it was clear in the status that it is in clearance for more than 2 days. WHAT A LIER ARE THESE FEDEX SERVICE GUYS. They think that we are fools. Today I called him from Germany and asked him what is happening and why is it like this he is saying the same story to me that it reached and he really misbehaved to me. If FEDEX service is really true to their customers they should take proper action against him. The details of this idiotic fellow are below. Name:S.
